Check it out! The logo for our website hath finally been mastered! This picture was drawn by the amazing Quick Draw (the same lovely pegasister that drew up the cute comic idea I wrote up not too long ago!) And just look! Isn’t the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen?! The faces, the smiles, the epicness of posture (Looks like I’m doing some beastly magic, putting all the types of arts and ways we channel inspiration into a single bubble!) It’s so beautiful… I will admit… I cried a little, when I first saw it. It’s got everything I’ve wanted in it, and MORE! I cannot speak highly enough of the wonderful Quick Draw, and just how wonderful she has been not only to me as a friend, but also to Equestria Inspired, and to the rest of the Brony Fandom!

Furry Connection North
It’s that time once again, where Equestria Inspired goes out to into the world to meet everypony else! We are headed to Novi, Michigan for the anthropomorphic convention Furry Connection North, and we’re so very excited to be running the My Little Pony Meet & Greet panel there over the course of the weekend!Much fun and laughter are to be had over the weekend, and of course, the Equestria Inspired sponsored MLP panel will be great fun for all! There’ll be polls to see what everypony thinks about all things pony, slideshows, the making of the Con Brony, discussion, socialization, the traditional Stompin’ Sing-along, and a wonderful raffle to wrap things up!Hope to see you there!
Operation: Save Derpy – Success?

She’s reappearing all over WeLoveFine, her feature episode (Sorry Applejack!) has been put BACK up onto the HUB’s main website, and there’s even been an interview with a few “Big-name” bronies involving a specific on that spoke personally with a representative from Hasbro, and everything seems positive and looking up from here on out!
Not only have we gotten the message clear that we want Derpy to stay, name and all, but we’ve also shown them (perhaps overwhelmed them a bit with our gigantic numbers!) that when we want something, we make it happen! We blew them out of their socks with our quick and massive response, and they’ve mentioned that now, what they need most is time, so that they may discuss and plan out exactly how they’re going to (FINALLY!) begin marketing to our demographic!
What a relief! We can’t wait until we hear something official from Hasbro, on exactly what was going on with the Derpy spiel they pulled…

I sure know that -I- love reading, and it sure was refreshing to see that good ol’ Rainbow Dash now knows that she does too! It all boils down to what you like to read about! We here at Equestria Inspired sure love our medieval fantasy novels! Good old castles, and dragons, and Magic /)°3°( (So awesome!) and valorous warriors, mages and heroes fighting back evil with spell and sword! What sort of books do YOU all enjoy reading? Comment below!
Also, it was really great seeing Rainbow Dash picture herself in Daring Do’s place… The recolored RBD was priceless!! Then she got to live her own version of a dungeon crawl in the hospital, and the Indiana Jones/UHF references were simply magical! At first, when she approached the sapphire statue, I was like “Uh-oh! Are they going to do the rolling boulder…? Is she just gonna grab it? Is she gonna weigh it out first?” Knowing they were going to do something good, and right as we were expecting her to pull out a sandbag, she just gets annoyed and grabs the statue! It’s like Pony spoofception! They actually spoofed UHF (starring the amazing Weird Al), DURING the same scene UHF was spoofing Indiana Jones! (*Insert awesome brain-splode here!*)

That’s right! Tonight is going to be our next big live show! I will be giving you guys a little bit of an explanation on who we are, the original inspiration of the site, and more! Unfortunately, our Co-Host Midnight Aperture will be unable to join us, but we’re not going to let that stop our Friendship Express! The show must go on! Tonight, we’ve got plenty in store for you:
- A nice introduction to the website, who we are, and what brought us all together
- Wonderful guest speaker Naoma, the lovely artist who made our gorgeous banner!
- Lots of good music along the way
- Sneak peek at which two amazing Brony musicians we just interviewed, and when you’re going to hear it! (Revealed below!)
- A super-awesome 40 minute set mixed exclusively for Equestria Inspired by the very talented Brony DJ Rawkz0rz!!
In order to listen in, all you have to do is click the “Play” button on the little media widget we’ve got installed on the sidebar on the right ————————————->
A word of caution, the widget is being extra-derpy today, so some of the alternative-listening methods may or may not work :/ We apologize for any inconvenience. Also, if at any time the stream goes silent (our ISP has been rather iffy this winter) just click “Pause” and then “Play” again once or twice, and you should get reconnected!
As a final note, for all of you whom cannot make the show, the show will be recorded and uploaded onto Youtube for future listening, so that nopony has to miss out on the fun!
